1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Elia website or Services, you agree to these Terms. If you are using Elia on behalf of an organisation, you agree on its behalf.

2. The Services

Elia provides software platforms for retail, financial services, distribution, education and healthcare. Specific features depend on your plan and region. Some Services may be subject to additional terms.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

4. Acceptable use

  • Do not use the Services for anything unlawful, harmful or fraudulent.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Services.
  • Do not upload content that infringes the rights of others.

5. Fees and payment

Paid plans are billed as set out in your order or agreement. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable.

6. Your data

You retain ownership of the data you put into the Services. You grant us the rights needed to host and process it to provide the Services. See our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual property

Elia and its licensors own the Services, including all software, designs and trademarks. These Terms do not grant you any rights to them except as needed to use the Services.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Elia Health does not provide medical advice, and Elia Money does not provide financial advice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Elia will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited as set out in your agreement.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are breached.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
