Getting started
How do I create an Elia account?
Contact our team through the form on the homepage or choose “Get started” on any product page. We’ll set up your account and guide you through onboarding.
Can I use more than one Elia product?
Yes. All Elia products share a single account, so you can add Retail, Money, Distribution, Education or Health at any time and they’ll work together automatically.
Which devices are supported?
Elia works in modern web browsers on desktop, tablet and mobile. Some products also offer dedicated mobile apps.
How do I change or cancel my plan?
Account owners can manage plans from account settings, or contact support and we’ll help you make the change.
Elia Retail
Can I keep selling if my internet goes down?
Yes. Elia Retail works offline and securely syncs your sales as soon as you’re reconnected.
How do I add products and stock?
Add products one by one or import a spreadsheet. Stock levels update in real time across every location.
Can I sell online and in-store?
Yes. Your online storefront shares products, stock and customers with your physical stores.
Elia Money
How do I issue cards to my team?
Account admins can create virtual cards instantly and order physical cards from the Cards section, with limits and controls per person.
What should I do if my card is lost or stolen?
Freeze the card immediately in the app, then contact support. You can issue a replacement straight away.
Can I connect my accounting software?
Yes. Elia Money connects with popular accounting tools so transactions sync automatically.
Elia Distribution
How are delivery routes optimised?
Routes are planned automatically using stop locations, time windows and vehicle capacity, and can be adjusted by dispatchers at any time.
Do drivers need a separate app?
Drivers use the Elia Distribution driver app for navigation, manifests and proof of delivery.
Can customers track their deliveries?
Yes. Customers can receive live tracking links and updated arrival times.
Elia Education
How do students join a class?
Teachers share a class invitation link or code, or administrators can enrol students in bulk.
Are live classes recorded?
Teachers can choose to record live classes so students can revisit them later.
Can parents see their child’s progress?
Yes. The parent portal shows grades, attendance and messages from teachers.
Elia Health
How do patients book appointments?
Patients can book online or through the patient app, and receive automatic reminders.
How is patient data protected?
Health records are encrypted, access is controlled by role and every view is recorded in an audit trail. See our Security page for more.
Can I run video consultations?
Yes. Telehealth visits are built in, with notes and follow-ups saved to the patient’s record.
